A salon built around hair, and around how it feels to sit in the chair
Ivory Blossom Salon is a new luxury hair salon in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, owned by cosmetologist Tassy Honeycutt. It is being built as a place where extension and color work is done at a high level, and where nobody feels out of place asking for it.
The idea
Luxury salons can be beautiful and still make people feel like they are being assessed at the door. Ivory Blossom is being designed against that: the finishes are elevated, and the welcome is warm.
The room is planned around comfort — a comfortable waiting area, a coffee bar, adult beverages, an elevated shampoo experience, professional products on the shelves, and a decorative blossom tree drawn from the salon's logo.
It is a hair salon, deliberately. Extensions, color, blonding, dimensional color, cutting, styling and treatments. A private room is planned for an independent massage therapist or esthetician, but those services are not offered by the salon itself.
Owner
Tassy Honeycutt
Tassy is the owner and cosmetologist behind Ivory Blossom Salon and also owns Illusions Day Spa. Her work centers on custom extensions and color, and Ivory Blossom is the salon she has wanted to build around it.
